Close your Astromaitri account — we remove your profile, photos, and identity, and de-identify your activity history

Before you proceed

The following will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered:

Your profile and all photos
Your kundli and astrological data
All matches and interests
Your chat history
Your active subscription (no refund)
Your account login and the personal details that identify you

Your activity history is de-identified, not deleted: we sever its link to you so it can no longer be traced back to your account, and retain it for up to 5 years. If you want that data actually erased rather than de-identified, email us to make a formal erasure request (see below).

Note: Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by the Indian Income Tax Act, 1961.

Need help, or want a full erasure?

Email us at info@astromaitri.com with the subject line “Delete My Account Request”.

This is also how you make a formal erasure request — ask us to erase the personal data we hold about you outright, rather than de-identify it. We will process manual deletion or erasure within 7 business days, except for records under a legal hold or otherwise required by law.

As per the IT Act, 2000 and SPDI Rules, 2011, we will confirm deletion via email once complete.
